Pea Puree 🍽️

2 cups of fresh peas
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
1 clove of fresh garlic
1/3 cup oil of your choice 
1/3 Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all but the cheese in a food processor until smooth, remove then add the cheese by hand. Serve !
