Kale contains a large amount of vitamin K: several times the Daily Value(DV). It is a rich source (20% or more of the DV) of vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B6, folate, and manganese and the list goes on, it tastes good too!

EASY QUICK RECIPE: Kale Chips

INGREDIENTS
1 bunc...

Ingredients
1 Cucumber
1 handful of celery stalks
2-3 handful of a spinach of your choice
1 pear
6 – 8 dried dates

Method
Whiz all ingredients together until smooth then add ice and wiz again

You can add cinnamon, lemon etc depending on your taste buds
