SEEDS OF LOAF RECIPE

Ingredients

1.5 - 2 cups rolled toasted oats
1.5 cups sunflower seeds
1 cup linseeds
.25 - .33 cup psyllium husks
.25 cup coconut oil or if you prefer, extra virgin oil
2.5 cups of water
2 tablespoons toasted pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste

 

Method

Place all ingredients together and place in a loaf tin.

 

Bake for 40 minutes 180 degrees Celsius

 

Take out of tin and place on a wire rack and baker for a further 1.5 hours or until its cooked
