CHOCNUT PUDDING

INGREDIENTS

 

3 tablespoons Darryl’s Peanut Butter *
2 tablespoons cacao
2 tablespoons coconut oil (we sell this)
.25 cup maple syrup
1 ripe avocado
.5 cup prunes or dates - PITTED!
desiccated coconut

 

DIRECTIONS

 

Warm the coconut oil in a microwave and mix everything, except the coconut, in a food processor

 

Place in tea cups or something similar

 

Sprinkle coconut and place in fridge over night

 

You can also add fruit etc on top

 

*we will know if you do not use Darryl’s Peanut Butter from MFB
