Easy Japanese Style Pumpkin Recipe
This recipe allows you to add as much of the ingredients as you want, perfect for a quick midweek meal.

1. Cut the pumpkin into small chunks
2. Leave skin on, trust us!
3. Put all ingredients in a deep pot on high heat, fry, add water and bring it to boil.
4. Turn down the heat to low.
5. Simmer until the liquid is almost gone.
