AVO CHOC MOUSSE RECIPE
- raw, vegan, GF
2 ripe avocados
2 tbs cup raw cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup low fat, low sugar yoghurt
2 tbs coconut flour
.5 cup dried dates, no pits
1 Whiz all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
2 Scoop the mousse into small bowls or cups and place in the fridge to chill for at least two hours.
3 You can add .5 teaspoon gelatine (there is a vegan option too) if you do not have coconut flour.
