QUICK EASY RECIPE
Turmeric Green beans
500g fresh green beans, trimmed
Your type of oil
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 finely chopped fresh chilli,
1/2 teaspoon ground or finely chopped fresh turmeric
Bring to the boil water with salt, then add the beans. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until tender or the way you like it. Drain and run cold water through the beans and drain.
Over medium heat add the oil then garlic, chilli and turmeric. Cook for about 1-2 minutes while stirring then add beans and mix. Cook for about 1 minute and serve.
