Kale contains a large amount of vitamin K: several times the Daily Value(DV). It is a rich source (20% or more of the DV) of vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B6, folate, and manganese and the list goes on, it tastes good too!
EASY QUICK RECIPE: Kale Chips
1 bunch kale
1 olive oil, tablespoon
1 seasoned salt, teaspoon
1 Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
2 Line a baking tray with baking paper.
3 Wash and remove the leaves from the stems and cut into bite size pieces. Dry as much as you can and drizzle with the oil and season with salt to your taste.
4 Bake 10-15 minutes until the edges brown.
