.5 cup grapefruit juice
.5 cup ice, crushed
.5 cup sparkling water
2 tablespoons of honey
Rosemary, fresh and preferably long sprigs
1. Combine all ingredients except for the rosemary and shake.
2. Add a spring of rosemary and serve !
