The Potato 🥔


Place in a cool, dark area - but well ventilated.


How to make the perfect hot chips at home:


1 Peel, cut into thick slices.
2 Add into a saucepan of water and bring to the boil.
3 Once half boiled, drain and deep fry in hot cooking oil, until golden.
4 Serve hot, pat dry on a paper towel.
